Dr. Austin Au, Managing Director of Ocean Lanka shared his thoughts: “Ocean Lanka is very fortunate to have employees with many years of dedication and commitment. Their loyalty has earned the company the respect it is enjoying today. To date, 788 active employees have completed more than 10 years of service at Ocean Lanka, which is nearly 41% of the total cadre. A further 190 have completed more than 20 years of service which amounts to 10% of the total cadre. The company sincerely appreciates their commitment and endurance especially amidst the current economic uncertainty.”
The ‘OCL Sewa Abhiman 2022’ Loyalty Awards is Ocean Lanka’s most significant employment recognition event. Ocean Lanka is humbled by the trust & loyalty placed in the organisation by the staff.
