The Rotary Club of Colombo Mid Town organized an Education Tour to the Bandaranaike International Airport on 2nd September 2022. Participants included Interactors from schools and Aviation Management students from Aspire College of Higher Education. These students received a familiarization with the processes followed at the airport and the current challenges faced by the industry. They also had the rare opportunity of visiting the Hangar of Sri Lankan Air Lines where the engineering team briefed them on the functionality of an aircraft.
